The Coloring Brush of Fluffs

The CSP brush (pencil/chalk/paint/whatever) I use to color my stuff!

Super great for blending, can be subtle if you're light-handed enough, has jagged edges for that vague hint of "cool artist texture", has an almost watery-feel.

Can also be used to make lineart but it's hella more better and suited for coloring.

Great pair with the pencil tool.
